Glenn is Australia's highest paid cricketer; he is also a former Australian Cricketer and International cricketer of the year and is Australia's 2nd highest wicket taker.

having a wicked off-cutter, Glenn's sauces have a wicked flavour.
The Big Bouncer Sauce is literally, " Hot enough to take your head
off" (It's not that hot we just like to boast) and the Standard
Delivery produces an unmistakable flavour that will soon have you
heavily addicted.

towards the McGrath Breast Cancer Foundation, which pays for nurses
in critical care cancer units
Why
Glenn McGrath?
We have had the recipe for the sauce for a number of years but needed
an edge to get it into the supermarkets. Most supermarkets want
products supported with multi-million dollar promotional campaigns.
As a small company we didn't have that, but we knew we had an exceptional
product with a unique flavour. When my friends tried a sample of
our chilli variety, they commented on the fact that it was "Hot
enough to take your head off!". Therefore the choice was easy, we
needed a cricketer and who better than the man who can truly take
your head off, Glenn McGrath. Glenn stipulated that to have his
name on the sauce a proportion of the proceeds must go towards the
McGrath Breast Cancer Foundation, which pays for nurses in critical
care cancer units . His wife, Jane, has only recently recovered
from breast cancer and together they have been touring the country
promoting the book they have written about their battles. Glenn
is visiting supermarkets around the country during the cricket season
to talk to the public and promote his sauce. He will be visiting
stores in every state.

What
is a Hickory Sauce?
Hickory is a wood that, when burnt, imbibes a particular smoky
BBQ flavour that is very unique. Bacon, smoked salmon and some sausages
are all smoked using hickory chips. Liquid Hickory, or Smoke as
it is called, comes as a black liquid. Hickory chips, from the Hickory
tree, are burnt and then the smoke is collected and liquefied. A
small percentage of this is added into the sauce with some other
ingredients to produce the totally original flavour. The flavour
is completely natural and the sauce contains no artificial colours,
flavours, preservatives or added MSG The sauce is totally Australian
made (only the hickory is imported) and Australian owned. The sauce
is contract manufactured by Australia's largest sauce company.
