The
Chevapi is a skinless sausage made to a traditional
Balkan recipe. Over the last five years it has developed to
become an Aussie favouite too. The Chevapi has been made for
centuries using a lean mince of beef or pork and blending in
a secret mix of garlic, pepper and spices. It is perfect to
grill, fry or BBQ.

The
Steaker is a pure beef pattie formed into a classic
steak shape. It is quick to cook, lightly spiced to appeal to
kids and very low fat. The steaker is made from grass fed beef
that is free from Growth hormones or anti biotics. There are
6 steakers in the pack which weighs 420g. The container is both
re-sealable for quick storage and re-cyclable unlike many stryofoam
trays.

The
Meat Loaf is an all time Australian favourite. We’ve
pre-cooked it to lock in all the moisture and the flavour while
cutting out most of the fat. The Meat Loaf comes in three varieties
a beef, chicken and gourmet chicken. We have baked our meatloaf
in a C-Pet container that is suitable for the oven and the microwave.
Simply cut and remove the clear plastic bag and place the meatloaf
in the oven for 35minutes or until sufficiently warm. Simple,
Tasty and economical.

The
Boerewors is a traditional South African Sausage, that
has been enjoyed for centuries. The name comes from it inception
as a farmers sausage, "boere" meaning farmer and "wors"
meaning sausage. Made using course ground beef and pork and
then blended with coriander and cloves; the boerewors is sold
in the spiral. This gives it a visual aspect that sets it apart
from other sausages and a flavour that ensures you won’t
be troubled with leftovers. |
